Getting your groceries
When you arrive at Slate Valley Cares' Right to Food Center, you may grab a grocery cart or basket at the front of the Center and begin selecting your groceries. We encourage visitors to return regularly, as often as 1x/week, to collect their choice of available groceries.
Find an ever-changing selection of fresh produce, meat, eggs, dairy products, non-perishables, pet foods, and hygiene supplies.
When you're done, bring your cart or basket to the checkout counter at the front of the Center. Your items will be scanned and bagged - please bring a reusable bag with you, if possible!
At checkout, you may be asked if you're already a member of Slate Valley Cares. If you aren't already a member, we'll help get you signed up. It's super fast, easy, and free. Once you're an SVC member, enjoy groceries free of cost.
We hope you enjoy your visit! Complete a feedback form about your visit, if you wish, here.
